We understand how important your pets are to you, therefore, the Oak Park Inn does not allow you to bring your pet(s) with you when you stay. Special Request require to have pet, no pets larger than 50 lbs each. Your pet must be kennel trained and house obidient. For the safely and well being of your pets, they must not be left unattended at any time during your visit. Many of the local area restaurants in historic downtown Arcadia do provide outside seating, allowing you to bring your pets with you when you dine. Also, most shops in historic downtown are pet friendly. Reservations must be made via telephone of email when reserving with pets. Guidelines For Staying With Pets
Pet(s) are defined as domestic dogs and cats not to exceed 50lbs.
Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up to date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should the Oak Park Inn request this information from you at any time.
Oak Park Inn is not a kennel and is not liable for any injury suffered by pet while on hotel grounds or property.
Guests will provide both cell phone contact and Credit Card Authorization form to Guest Services at time of check in for contact and coverage of any possible damages to property.
ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES. The guest fully accepts responsibility for any and all cost of repairing any such damage. IF THE INN IS UNABLE TO RENT THE DAMAGED ROOM WHILE THE DAMAGE IS BEING REPAIRED, THE GUEST SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST ROOM REVENUE INCURRED BY THE INN. The charges for such damage repair and/or lost revenue may be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Oak Park Inn charges you a one-time fee of $25.00 for allowing a pet in your room.
Oak Park Inn allows a maximum of two (2) pets per room.
Pets should be leashed or restrained at all times in public spaces in the INN or on the property.
Pet(s) are not allowed in the housekeeping area or in the social areas of the building for the safety of our other guests.
Guest must never leave pet(s) unattended in their room or on the property. If pet(s) are unattended, the Oak Park Inn has the right to remove the pet(s) from the property at the cost of the pet owner.
Owner must be present while any member of the INN staff is servicing the guest room including but not limited to housekeeping, guest services representative and owners. Pet must be restrained or removed while room is being serviced.
Your guest services provider will direct you where you may walk your pet(s) while staying with us at the Oak Park Inn.
Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the INN and throughout the property grounds
Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and or property damage related to their pet(s).
Oak Park Inn reserves the right to ask that the pet(s) be removed if other guests are complaining of noise or disruption due to pet(s) barking.
