Standard Policy

If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night and we will refund the difference back to you.

Non-Refunded Policy

Non-refunded rates are subject to be charged the full amount if canceled or if guests do not show up during the arrival date.

Group Reservation

If you cancel at least 3 weeks (21 or more days) before your arrival date, you will receive full reimbursement for your stay. If you cancel 72 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee, and we will refund the difference back to you.

Exemption To Guest On Special Occasions

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date, you will also be given the option of receiving a lodging gift certificate in the full amount that you paid to redeem on a stay with us at a later date instead of a refund.

Smoking

NON-SMOKING: All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room, a $250.00 Smoking Penalty Charge will be applied to the credit card on file. If you are a smoker, please ensure that you smoke in an area permitted by the hotel.

Damages

You are responsible for any damage done to the hotel room or hotel and the removal of any furnishings, including linens, pillows, and towels. Should the staff find rooms damaged in any way, we will charge the credit card on file for the room and all damages and/or cleaning fees. Fees may vary depending on the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.

Inclement Weather
