Early Check In
  • If you arrive before check-in time you are subjected to be charged extra fees depending on how early the guest wants to check-in. Please check with the front desk.
  • Front Desk hours are 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After hours are after 8:00 PM.
  • Contact the hotel 30 minutes in advance for the front door to be open and to complete your registration. Instruction to get into the property will be forwarded to the guest for after-hours to be seated in the lobby for the front desk to arrive.

Policy Details

Standard Policy

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night and we will refund the difference back to you.
  • Non-Refunded Policy
  • Non-refunded rates are subject to be charged the full amount if canceled or if guests do not show up during the arrival date.
  • Group Reservation

  • If you cancel at least 3 weeks (21 or more days) before your arrival date, you will receive full reimbursement for your stay. If you cancel 72 days before your arrival date, you will be charged a cancellation fee, and we will refund the difference back to you.
  • Exemption To Guest On Special Occasions

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date, you will also be given the option of receiving a lodging gift certificate in the full amount that you paid to redeem on a stay with us at a later date instead of a refund.
  • Smoking

  • NON-SMOKING: All of our rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room, a $250.00 Smoking Penalty Charge will be applied to the credit card on file. If you are a smoker, please ensure that you smoke in an area permitted by the hotel.
  • Damages

  • You are responsible for any damage done to the hotel room or hotel and the removal of any furnishings, including linens, pillows, and towels. Should the staff find rooms damaged in any way, we will charge the credit card on file for the room and all damages and/or cleaning fees. Fees may vary depending on the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.
  • Inclement Weather

  • In the case of inclement weather that makes you feel unsafe, we urge you to take cover in the Public Restroom/Down stair that is on the main lobby. To check road conditions for hurricane weather, please click here.
  • Grill Policy

  • Due to fire-hazard, no grills or portable heaters are allowed.
  • Locked Gates

  • After hours, the Front Door is locked. Use the side door with the key given by the front desk to unlock the gates.
  • Quiet Time

  • 10 pm to 7 am is designated as a quiet time for all overnight lodging guests.

  • Call 911 for all medical, domestic, or safety emergencies

  • 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive a detailed email with important information about your check-in procedure. Please read all details of this email before your check-in date.
  • If you subscribed to our texting, you will receive a text approximately 24 hours in advance of your reservation that contains the special instruction ( for the hotel on Sites detail)
  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.

  • The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the guest room.
  • Safe deposit lockers are available free of charge with the cashier.

  • I agree to pay all charges incurred by the guest or me during my stay in the hotel and to settle my account once it amounts to unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • I Have Read The Terms And Conditions Governing My Stay In The Hotel And Agree To Abide By Them.
  • All Disputes are Subject To the City of Arcadia.
  • All room nights are subject to a 2.5% service charge.
  • Oak Park Inn reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event guest leaves earlier than the original departure date.
  • Guests with non-cancellable reservations and a special discounted rate will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
  • Gym Policy I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Gym, I do so at my own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death, or property loss and/or damage.

We guarantee you the best available rate when you book a room through the official Four Seasons website. If you find a lower publicly available rate (“Lower Rate”) elsewhere within 24 hours of making your booking, we will match the lower rate, subject to the following terms and conditions

  1. Reservations must be made through one of the Hotel's official websites.
  2. The Lower Rate must be for the same type of accommodation, which means the same room type, at the same hotel, with the same dates and length of stay, the same number of guests, with a similar view or room size, same designation as either cancellable or non-cancellable, same advance purchase policies and the same terms and conditions governing the room rate.
  3. You must complete and submit a claim submittal web form to Oak Park Inn by the claim form’s instructions to process the claim.
  4. You must submit your claim within 48 hours of the reservation being made with the Hotel website and at least 48 hours from other websites before the standard check-in time at the applicable hotel.
  5. You may submit only one claim for each stay. A “stay” means the total number of consecutive nights spent at the same hotel by the same guest or guests. You must complete the stay.
  6. Rate comparisons will be made net of taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges. Free breakfast and free or discounted amenities or services offered as part of the Lower Rate will be excluded from the rate comparison, and will not be provided by Oak Park Inn when matching the Lower Rate.
  7. Oak Park Inn reserves the right to deny a claim if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Lower Rate at the time it processes the claim. The Lower Rate must be bookable on another website. Advertised or inquiry-only rates do not qualify.
  8. Oak Park Inn may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person’s ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Rate Guarantee if in its sole discretion If Hotel determines that such person has: (a) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (b) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner; (c) submitted multiple invalid Best Rate Guarantee claims; (d) failed to stay at Oak Park Inn after receiving approved Best Rate Guarantee claims; or (e) breached any of these terms and conditions.
  9. The Best Rate Guarantee will only apply to Oak Park Inn rental rooms.
  10. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through the Oak Park Inn website, and Oak Park Inn is not responsible for any fees associated with canceling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., a Call center, a non-Hotel booking channel).
  11. The Best Rate Guarantee will be suspended during times when the Oak Park Inn websites or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue, or a circumstance beyond Oak Park Inn’s reasonable control.
  12. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Rate Guarantee or these terms and conditions shall be handled individually without any class action and shall be governed by, construed, and enforced by the laws in which the Hotel is located.
  13. Unless prohibited by law, Hotel reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee program and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Our Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following

  1. Reservations booked via non-hotel websites
  2. Hotel packages or travel packages that may include hotel, airfare, car rental, food and beverage offers, or other similar packages or amenities
  3. Discount or negotiated rates not available to the general public, including but not limited to membership rates (e.g., AAA or AARP); corporate, government, promotional, unpublished, packaged, or opaque rates; group or other specially negotiated rates or rates available on closed membership sites; or rates attained through the use of third-party discount codes or coupons
  4. Auction sites or sites on which reservation holders are reselling confirmed reservations
  5. Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival
  6. Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees or other fees and incidental charges
  7. Rate disparities due to fluctuations, rounding, or differences in currency exchange rates

For a claim to be eligible under the Best Rate Guarantee, it must be submitted through the claim submittal web form. A claim must be submitted no more than 24 hours after making a reservation through a Hotel direct channel, and at least 48 hours (72 hours for non-English websites) before the standard check-in time at the applicable Four Seasons hotel or resort. The claim will be processed within 24 hours (72 hours for claims received via non-English websites).

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
